An Italian story looking to the future
Since 1976, Bubola&Naibo is a family-owned company that combines tradition with an industrial vision. We produce in Italy mouldings for frames, frames, wall art, and mirrors, enhancing artisanal know-how through modern, organised, future-oriented processes. To offer quality, reliability, and continuity to our partners.
Mission e Vision
Our mission is to make everyday life more beautiful and lighter, transforming the places we live into spaces that speak about us. Our vision is to be recognised as the reference partner for Made in Italy wall decor, from framers to major retailers. We combine craftsmanship and modern industry: pioneers of ready-made frames since 1976.
LABottega: showroom and creative workshop
LABottega is our meeting place between ideas and materials: a showroom to see, touch, and imagine collections, and a creative workshop where inspirations, combinations, and new projects are born. A space designed to connect product, research, and vision.
The Little Frame Museum
We preserve the history of the frame and our evolution: a collection of antique frames dating back to the 1600s, a unique collection of rare books about frames, and an archive of over 80 company catalogues covers since 1982, framed and hanged. A journey that tells culture, style, and identity over time.
1976 — When a shared vision becomes a business
Bubola&Naibo story begins with the professional meeting of two couples: Erminio Naibo and Gina Pancot, Mario Vidor and Anna Bubola. A union of skills, values, and vision that gave rise to a solid, long-lasting entrepreneurial project.
1984–2004 — Growth takes shape
The idea is successful and becomes development: the first company-owned building arrives and, 20 years later, a new facility. A journey of investments and consolidation, giving structure to production capacity and opening new opportunities.
From specialisation to the offer evolution
Over time, the company evolves, expanding skills and solutions to respond to a changing market. Product lines grow, processes strengthen, and a way of doing business takes shape combining craftsmanship, organisation, and continuity. A story built step by step, always looking ahead.
2022 — Continuity and vision
In 2022, Carlo Naibo acquires the shares of partner Mario Vidor and continues the company’s journey. A step that strengthens the continuity of the project and its long-term direction.
An integrated supply chain, a distinctive model
Bubola&Naibo stands out for a unique production model: mouldings for frames, frames, wall art, and mirrors. A single integrated supply chain, with production largely Made in Italy, ensuring consistency, control, and value.
Numbers that speak of strength
3.5 million pieces sold, 1.8 million frames, and 2,100 km of frame mouldings produced in a year. Production is divided across three buildings for greater flexibility and safety, over a total surface area of 14,500 m². Concrete figures, for a steady and punctual supply.
Lean Manufacturing: more value, less waste
In 2025, Bubola&Naibo made an important strategic choice: adopting Lean Manufacturing as a production philosophy, with the goal of maximizing customer value while minimizing waste and using resources efficiently, labour, materials, machinery, and time. In 2026, this path was strengthened by significant investments in new machinery, aimed at eliminating all activities that do not add value to the final product and continuously improving processes.
Consistent quality, every day
Each stage is designed to ensure consistency and control: from processing to finishing, through to final checks. A structured production organisation allows us to respond reliably to market needs, building long-term relationships based on consistent standards and service.
A commitment that leads our choices
For Bubola&Naibo, sustainability is a principle, not a statement of intent. We pay attention to materials, production processes, the products we make, and the people who work with us, reducing environmental impact and building social, environmental, and economic value over the long term.
People’s wellbeing, every day
We created a dedicated space for our employees: a place to have lunch, rest, share time, and take part in activities. We like taking care of people because we believe a more careful workplace improves the quality of relationships and everyday life. In this space, we also organised Tibetan singing bowl sessions.
Certified materials and renewable energy
We use FSC-certified wood and renewable energy. FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) is a certification indicating wood sourced from responsibly managed forests and a traceable supply chain throughout processing and supply steps. A choice that supports better protected forestry practices and greater transparency in the supply chain.
